World’s Youngest Woman Pilot Lands at Mumbai International Airport During her World Journey Mission

Ms. Zara Rutherford

Zara Rutherford, a 19-year-old pilot is attempting to be the youngest woman to fly solo around the world. Starting her endeavour on the 18th August, Zara touched down at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (CSMIA) on January 3rd and has completed about 80% of the journey. With this mission, she is working to encourage girls and women to consider careers in Aviation and STEM – to dream and be empowered to achieve those dreams.
