Celebrating Through a Scrumptious Palate

Every day is a celebration at Lords Hotels and Resorts. But, this weekend, some of our properties will be hosting special Id feast in its respective Blue Coriander Restaurant with a scrumptious treat offer.

Lords Plaza Ankleshwar is all set to welcome the guest with an enticing buffet offer that includes the succulent Chicken Tikka kebabs and Hara Bara Kebabs, which are perfect appetizers that melts in mouth in no time. The taste of the kebabs is surely going to linger on till the main course arrives.

In the course, adding flavour to the dining experience is the famous Biryani that will be both in non-veg and vegetarian variety, which will be cooked in different types of spices and in a bed of aromatic rice that is sure to win hearts instantly. Lastly, the gastronomical journey will be incomplete without the sweet dessert – Sheer khurma, a vermicelli pudding that will amplify the sweetness of the occasion.  Lords Plaza Ankleshwar will also have a special Chaat counter; offering Palak Pakora and more just to spruce up the palette for more.

Pemaling Lords Eco Inn, Guwahati has stepped up the festive fervour with a 15% discount on its food and non-alcoholic beverages. Here, guests can look forward to enjoy the special welcome drink of Aam Panna, which is famous for its cooling properties and is made from unripe mangoes and garnished with Mint leaves. The exotic menu for the day includes non-veg and veg Biryani with creamy Raita and pickles as side dishes.

On this Bakri Id, the guests of Elora Lords Eco Inn, Lucknow is going to be spoilt for choice and will have a hard time deciding the menu that includes the scrumptious recipes, which are perfect for the joyous occasion. This includes the Awadhi Gosht Korma, made in a rich Lucknowi stew of lamb or goat meat slow cooked in brown onions, nuts, spices, yogurt and aromatic essences like saffron and kewda. One of the finest royal mutton recipes loaded with rich Mughlai flavours to feast on together. Then there is the Handi Mutton Dum Biryani, prepared in an earthen pot of rice and meat; and interlayered with condiments & different spices…a sure blockbuster of a treat for the entire family and friends.

Mukesh Singh, Chef, Hotel Rang Lords Inn, Bharuch is all set to prepare a buffet treat for his patrons with Ambur Chicken, an authentic delicious recipe from the house of nawabs of Arcot. This erstwhile biryani recipe is cooked on wood fires and includes a special variety of jeera samba rice and both chicken and Mutton are used for its preparation; and is well complimented with onion Raita. For the vegetarians there is the special vegetarian biryani too. The dine out can end in a sweet note with the Khajoor ka pudding, richly made of milk and dates.
