South 54 at Pride Plaza Ahmedabad is hosting Bar be Que and Sizzlers food festival from July 14th, 2022. The weeklong festival will let diners savor sizzling grills, and delectable main courses, under the supervision of Master Chef Rakesh Singh. With high quality special cut Meats, International choice of Grills and Exotic vegetables the festival offers wide selection of delicious delicacies complementing the elegantly appointed interiors and live music.
Guests can select from choices of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes prepared and grilled to their preference. On the platter will be a choice of popular dishes namely Jalandhari Ananas ki Taraju, Fito Misto, Piri Piri Dusted Paneer, Malai Koudra with Malai Tahini, Chilly Milli Murgh Kebab, Balchao Jhinga Masala, 5 Spiced Chicken Katru, Kachi Ambi Mahi Tikka, Subz Dum Chilman Biryani, Bhurani Raita, Paneer Pasanda, Dal Kali Makhanwala, Laccha & Masaledar Piyaz, Bhagareli Mirchi, Nimbu Green Salads, Indian breads and an assortment of papad, chutney’s & pickle.
The mains will be accompanied by a choice of desserts namely Mawa Bati, Red Velvet Pastry, Paan Ice Cream shots and Aam Khand. The drinks served include Classic Lemon Mint Mojito, Blue Sea Heaven, Masala Chaas and Lassi.
