This issue, launched during the annual IIC Experience: A Festival of the Arts, will appeal especially to those interested in the arts, international relations, governance and education.
The articles deal with the relationship between arts and the law; an exposition on the genesis of the evolution of Indian music from the Harrapan civilisation to the present day; the place of Bibhatsa rasa in the Kathak tradition; the life of Rasheed Hasan Khan, scholar of modern Urdu adab; the evolution of the University of Delhi as it celebrates 100 years; the many facets of the civil-military relationship in India; Sri Lanka in turmoil; and the Sino-Indian relationship.
