Reveals Over Water Spa Refreshes

Set within the serenity of the Indian Ocean, Conrad Maldives Rangali Island offers the ultimate personalised fitness and wellness retreat with two overwater spas. This autumn, Conrad Maldives is pleased to welcome a visiting wellness practitioner. With a residency from 18th October to 17th November 2022, Ranjith Saj will share his passion for and expertise in holistic wellness with guests staying at the resort, employing extensive treatments with simple tools including bamboo and therapeutic oils.

Certified in India, Ranjith inherited his family’s knowledge and love of Kerala Ayurvedic traditions. He has since applied it to over 15 years of practice within luxury branded hotels, resorts, and spas around the world. His practices, methods and philosophy transcend time and place, providing him with a unique ability to communicate with people from all cultures. During his residency on the island, Ranjith will work with all guests to identify and design a wellness programme suited to their needs and ensure long-lasting results. A variety of healing and rejuvenating treatments will be available during the month-long residency, from Ayurveda Immune Booster and Ayur Vedic Healing Therapy, Warm Bamboo Massage Therapy to Detox & Reflexology treatments.

The partnership perfectly complements Conrad Maldives Rangali Island’s existing spa partner, the organic skincare brand ISUN. Known as a dynamic skincare line that synergises nature with advanced science to strengthen, soothe, heal, and illuminate, all treatments are sure to leave guests’ skin feeling radiant and energised. Away from the spa, guests can push themselves to the limits with daily boot camp and circuit training or continue Conrad Maldives’ overall sense of calm and balance during morning hatha yoga sessions as the sun rises over the azure atolls.

The Over Water Spa off Rangali Island

Those seeking the ultimate wellness immersion will delight in the resort’s recently refreshed Over Water Spa at Rangali Island. Guests visiting this year are amongst the first to experience the space’s new look which aims to inspire and invigorate the body, mind and soul. Spa-goers will enjoy a brand-new indoor and outdoor lounge which acts as a peaceful sanctuary in which to while away the hours to the sound of the waves. Adding to the four private spa suites, the space has been enhanced with a new reception area, elegant changing rooms, and spacious showers. The glass-floored treatment rooms provide entrancing views of the coral below and create a tranquil haven for tailored holistic offerings such as rejuvenating radiance facials, nourishing full body wraps and 17 rituals have been crafted, to strengthen, soothe and heal, channelling the properties of living water, essential oils and precious gemstones, combined with the expert moments of our masterful therapists, for quantum healing experience that delivers a promise to elevate all dimensions of your being.

The Spa Retreat off Rangali-Finolhu Island

Located 100 meters off the tip of Rangali-Finolhu Island, the tucked-away Spa Retreat provides a luxurious sanctuary where every aspect of guests’ health and well-being is addressed: from diet and body treatments to beauty. Also sitting on stilts above the gentle waves and marine life is Mandhoo Restaurant, The Spa Retreat’s very own dining outlet. Here, guests can end their wellness journey and enjoy a curated menu that aims to energise and nourish the body as well as uses organic produce – with many ingredients grown on the island.
