The journey begins with a tantalizing array of Shorbas, including the vegetarian delights of Tamatar Dhaniya Shorba and Sabz Badami Shorba, as well as the non-vegetarian treasures of Murgh Zafrani Shorba and Gosht Yakhni Shorba. The appetizer selection is a celebration of Awadhi flavors. Vegetarians can savor Khoya Dahi Kebab, Zafrani Chatni Paneer Tikka, and Mushroom Ki Galawat. Non-vegetarians can indulge in Kalmi Murgh Ka Parche, Nawabi Murgh Malai Tikka, Mutton Galawat, Bhatti Ka Murgh, and Ajwaini Mahi Tikka.
The main course offerings include Shahi Paneer, Paneer Kundan Kaliyan, Shahi Kofta Makkhanwala, Navratan Korma, Bhuna Saag, Dal-E-Pride, and Dal Sultani for vegetarians. Non-vegetarians can relish Nalli Roghni Nihari, Mutton Stew, Hari Mirch Mutton Keema, Murgh Kali Mirch, and Murgh Badami Korma.
