Speaking on the above, Chowman MD. Debaditya Chaudhury shared his thoughts, “This time the menu assortment has been quite interesting! Mostly drawn from my recent travel to China, I was awestruck by the veg delicacies that were overpowering the taste buds of a hardcore non-vegetarian like me! Chowman has not just been a restaurant, it has been an ideology for the foodies where I have tried to bring in the untold stories of Asia’s culinary world on your plates. And I wanted to share my joy of trying out some of the best vegetarian dishes with all of you! Other than this, there will be some new prawn, lamb and pork dishes inspired from Indonesia and Malaysia! People have always loved us for setting the bar high and I am sure, these dishes are going to be the next big hits before we hit our 13th Anniversary in the coming August!”
