Guests can savour Mathanga Vanpayar Erissery (Red pumpkin and red beans in a coconut and cumin spice mix); Urulakezhangu Mizhukkuperatti (Chilly marinated potatoes slow roasted in a pan with first press coconut oil); Koon Ulli Theeyal (Mushroom and shallots in a toasted coconut and coriander curry); Pachakkaya Kalan (Raw banana cooked with ground coconut and crushed black pepper in tempered yoghurt); Sweet Mango Pachadi (Raw mango simmered with jaggery and chili); and Pineapple Pulissery (Pineapple in curried yoghurt). Round off the meal with delectable desserts like Elachi Banana; Pal Ada Payasam (Rice Ada, Sugar, Milk, Butter); and Chakka Pradhaman (Jackfruit, jaggery, coconut Milk, Ghee).
