With the nights cooling down and the festive season approaching, head to Mirage Bengaluru with your loved one for a wonderfully curated ‘Moonlit Dinner’ every Wednesday.

Enjoy the especially curated five course menu for two at just Rs.5000+taxes every Wednesday from 8.00 pm onwards. You can set the tempo with an exciting Soup menu that includes Classic Miso Shiro, Laksa and Seafood Egg Drop. For Salads, you can select from a menu that comprises Som Tam, Wafu Soba, and Rojak Seafood.

You will also have enticing options of Appetizers that offer the best of Asian cuisine. From Dim Sums to Tempuras and Asian Skewers, the Appetizers would set the stage for an exciting Main Course that would be served with Jasmine Rice or Noodles.

The Main Course menu includes Rendang Lamb (soft and tender slow cooked lamb with spice and coconut milk), Steam Seabass (simplicity and delicate flavours of ginger, scallion, seasoned soy sauce, aromatic oil), Wok Tossed Chilli Jumbo Prawn (Singaporean Chili Prawn known for its spicy, tangy and spicy flavours), Teppan Miso Tenderloin (miso marinated protein, wasabi mash potatoes, shimeji mushroom), Braised Black Pepper Mock Meat (soy protein, capsicum, zucchini, pak choy), and Mopu Tofu (Szechuan peppercorn, silken tofu, seasoned oil, asparagus, shitake).

For Desserts, you can choose either Lemongrass Panacotta (cold dessert made with lemongrass infused double cream), Oriental Spice Hazelnut Tart (Cacao sweet pastry crust consists of white chocolate caramel ganache, dark chocolate hazelnut ganache, oriental spice powder), and Passion Fruit Plan (Custard Dessert, caramel milk, passion fruit puree, egg and sugar). You can gulp all down with some fine Chandon to top the Moonlight Dinner.
