In a momentous occasion, Indian Hotel Company’s (IHCL) iconic brand ‘Taj’ emerged as a standout winner at the World Hospitality Awards in Paris. Celebrating global professionals in hospitality, Ritesh Sharma, General Manager, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, was named ‘Luxury Hotel General Manager of the Year 2023’ and Care@Tajness, received special mention in the “Employee Care” category.
Speaking on the occasion, Ritesh Sharma, General Manager, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai said, ” Taj for over 120 years has been the benchmark of excellence in the hospitality industry globally.
