The event underscores the airline’s unwavering commitment to acknowledging and honoring the pivotal role played by its agents in contributing to the company’s sustained success. A total of 20 awards were presented to commendable agents, recognizing their exemplary contributions across various categories.
The evening commenced with a poignant and inspiring address by Datuk Captain Izham Ismail, Group Managing Director of Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), who conveyed his sincerest appreciation to the agents who contributed to the growth of the airline and highlighted its steadfast commitment to continue providing exceptional warmth through the lens of Malaysian Hospitality.
