The Orchid Hotel Mumbai has announced the promotion of Meghan Pritam Patne as their new Associate Head of Sales. In this new role, Meghan will be responsible for leading and motivating the hotel’s internal sales team to achieve new heights, while also implementing innovative strategies to drive revenue growth.
Having started his career in a Regional Sales office, Meghan discovered a love for sales and quickly climbed the ranks at renowned hotel chains such as Pride Group and Lemon Tree Hotels. Throughout his career, Meghan has consistently exceeded expectations, earning recognition for his dedication, focus, and ability to build strong relationships.
His passion for the hospitality industry, discovered during hotel management training, has blossomed over four dedicated years at The Orchid Hotel Mumbai. This passion, combined with his eagerness to learn, focused approach, and dedication to maintaining a healthy work-life balance, has fueled his success throughout his career.
In his previous role, he imbibed skills like cultivating effective communication and emotional intelligence to motivate and support his team. He skillfully conducted business closure calls and empowered the team by setting clear goals and strategies to surpass revenue expectations.
