At Nadara, Chef Ritesh Tulsian has curated a host of enticing dishes like the Tomato Pepper Rasam, Peri Peri Idli Popcorn, Avocado Chaat, Zhanzhanit Komdi Fry, Mangalorean Chicken Sukka, Kerala Mutton Pepper Fry from the Nadara Tapas selection. The Kebabs & Grills showcase Chef’s expertise in dishes like Nawabi Bharwan Dum Aloo, Paneer Pasanda,

Fiery Bhut Jolokia Chicken, Achari Fish Tikka, Purani Dilli Ki Mutton Seekh Kebab, and Ajwani Pomfret. The Nadara signature meals bring you regional favorites like Appam & Stew, Green Thai Curry with Jasmine Rice, Malabari Egg Roast, Kori Ghassi, Kaala Masala Chicken with Neer Dosa, Chicken Chettinad, Pomfret Curry with Kolam rice and more.
