'Year of the Dragon'

A Masterfully Curated Menu at Golden Dragon, The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai

Known as the Spring Festival in China, Lunar New Year is a vibrant 15-day celebration centered around togetherness, food, and cultural festivities. According to the Chinese Horoscope for 2024, the dragon symbolizes authority, prosperity, and good fortune. No Lunar New Year celebration is complete without a lavish feast, and at The Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, Golden Dragon presents an exquisite culinary journey curated by Master Chef Yan Jun Jun. Immerse yourself in the grandeur of these celebrations until February 25th, 2024, as we transport you to the heart of this auspicious occasion.

Upon arrival, our restaurant will warmly greet guests and patrons with traditional Hongbao—red envelopes containing special gifts for everyone. Be sure to sample signature dishes such as longevity noodles, Dry Pot Purple Cauliflower, and Roast Chicken with Water Chestnut in Black Garlic Sauce, all meticulously crafted to tantalize your taste buds.
