Chowman’s Oriental Duck Festival’22 is back!
The much-awaited Oriental Duck festival is back again at Chowman! With the year coming to a close, Chowman stays true to its word. And here it brings along over 21 delicious and mouth-watering duck meat dishes. The month-long festival will commence from 2nd December’22 onwards with availability at all dine-in outlets of Chowman, as well as for home delivery.
On the menu this time are a variety of starters and sides along with the quintessential rice, noodles & meifoon. The signature slow cooked duck meat prepared in 21 different ways is sure to keep you coming back for more! To start off the feast, there is the Duck Meat & Mushroom Clear Soup, Duck Meat Thick Soup with Lemon, Chilli.
Appetizers will comprise Braised Duck with Exotic Vegetables, Kolkata Style Chilli Duck, Mongolian Chilli Roasted Duck, Thai Chilli Roasted Duck & Duck Spring Rolls. Coming to the Main-course dishes, there will be a plethora of duck meat items such as Butter Chilli Garlic Duck Meat & Egg Noodles, Roasted Duck with Cantonese Sauce, Roasted Duck with Ginger & Chilli Soya Sauce, Hunan Black Pepper Roasted Duck. All these to relish along with a few more!
Speaking on this occasion, Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director of Chowman, Oudh 1590 & Chapter 2 shared his thoughts, “We are back again with our Oriental Duck Festival’22. This year we promise a hearty feast of over 20 different Duck delicacies prepared by our team of chefs to delight the palate! I have drawn inspiration from various parts of South East Asian culinary tradition to curate the festival menu, which will be featuring our signature dish, Kolkata Style Duck and much more! We are hopeful that people will absolutely love the wide range that we are offering this season!”
The festival begins from 2nd December’22 onwards, with menu availability at all dine-in outlets in Kolkata and Bangalore as well as Chowman App| Swiggy| Zomato platforms.
