Lexicon Institute of Hotel Management (Lexicon IHM) celebrated the spirit of giving this holiday season with a successful Cake-Making Workshop. Aligned with the institute’s ethos of ‘Believe in Yourself’, the workshop aimed to not only impart culinary skills but also instill a sense of social responsibility among participants. The three-hour event took place at Lexicon IHM, Pune, and witnessed a diverse group of individuals coming together to learn the art of cake-making.
Participants were guided through the step-by-step process of creating delectable cakes, from mastering the perfect batter to the intricacies of the baking process. The atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and camaraderie as individuals of all ages delved into the world of baking.
What set this workshop apart was its purpose – to spread joy beyond the classroom. The baked creations from the workshop served a greater cause as all the cakes were distributed to the children of a local NGO, bringing smiles and sweetness to their lives.
