Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai celebrates these ‘Flavours of the Northern Valley’ at San:Qi with Chef Anil Naudiyal, head of the San:Qi Indian Kitchen, presenting a regal dining experience with timeless delicacies from 23rd February to 15th March, 2023.
Chef Naudiyal takes centre stage at the hotel’s award winning restaurant and bar San:Qi, and brings to Mumbai a taste of his home in the Himalayan valleys. A fine collection of traditional and progressive dishes with a unique blend of spices form the menu for this promotion. Evolved in the lofty slopes, every dish presents the finest fusion of flavours, designed to delight taste buds of food connoisseurs in the city.

The menu offers a blend of traditional Kumaoni and slow-cooked Awadhi dishes to delight the discerning gourmet and spark a feeling of wanderlust. The Kumaoni regions of Uttarakhand not only offer breathtaking scenic beauty, but have unique dishes like Chainsoo, Nalli Awadhi, Aloo Gobi Adraki and a variety of breads made with whole grains which lend a unique flavour. The famous ’Bal mithai’ gives a special sweet ending to a delectable meal. Chef Naudiyal’s preparations exalt local ingredients and cooking techniques that are simple, rustic, and rooted in tradition into a sensory fusion of memorable flavours and textures.
